simplytwenties: ME! :-) I’m 5’2 - picture shows a 17 pound loss in about 4 months.
(via timetojusdoit)
Current stats: 5’8”, 123 pounds
Left: 150s, a size 12.
Right: 125 pounds, size 2/4, 17 percent body fat
In the first two years, I dropped 15 pounds very gradually through making better food choices and taking up running and cycling.
Within the past year, I have lost another 15 pounds, drastically reducing my body fat. Those 15 pounds took me from a size 8 to a 2 and completely changed the way my body looks, feels and works.
oatsandhoes: I’m 5’6” and am suffering from a myriad of autoimmune diseases. My body wants to be overweight, and hold onto access fat, but I don’t want it to :)
I eat a gluten free diet, and exercise 4-5 days a week.
Before: 174 lbs
After: 134 lbs (lost the healthy way!)
5’5”
edit: I am editing this because I see a lot of thinspo blogs reblogging this. I just want to say that I lost my weight the healthy way (exercise and eating healthy foods- I eat an average of 1200-1700 calories a day) not through starving myself or disordered eating. You don’t need to starve yourself to lose weight! I don’t want my images to be used to encourage anyone to adopt unhealthy habits. Please visit my blog and check out my section “How to Lose Weight” and the other pages I’ve created. Please educate yourself. You don’t need to harm your body and mind in order to lose weight!
This is amazing!
gabarella24: Still a long way to go, but I’m happy with the progress. :)
